Chateau
Buisson is steeped in history and was used during the French
revolution by the right hand man of the notorious Robespierre.
Don’t worry it is now warm and welcoming for very different
reasons!
The chateau boasts two beautifully
designed elegant bedrooms with king sized beds, luxurious linen
and very modern spacious bathrooms.
If its peace and tranquillity
you’re after you’ll enjoy relaxing at Chateau Buisson
in the heart of the wine making countryside.
You’ll
take breakfast in the huge salon at Chateau Buisson, where
you can also enjoy a candlelit gourmet dinner cooked in our
original wood-burning oven by your host Jean Paul.
Then walk or cycle in the
adjacent forests, or have a quiet day’s fishing.
We can organise tastings for you of some
of the great wines from Bordeaux, St Emilion, Pomerol, Margaux
and Bergerac to name just a few.
We specialise in wine tasting
and gourmet dinner weekends and breaks. So if you have a group
of friends or family who want to come and chill out, drink great
wine and taste fine cooking let us know and we’ll tailor
